Mango - Mangoes are a tropical stone fruit and are members of the drupe family. They were first grown in India nearly 5,000 years ago. They are deliciously sweet and juicy and are a good source of Vitamin A, C, and D.
Dragon Fruit - Dragon fruit are sweet fruits from cactus plants that are native to Central and South America. These fruits have a thick magenta skin with a soft white interior. Dragon fruit is described as tasting like a cross between a pear and kiwi when ripe. They are a great source of magnesium and potassium.
Papaya - Papaya is a delicious and sweet fruit native to Mexico. Papaya's taste is described as a cross between a cantaloupe and mango. They have a soft and creamy interior. They are a great source of Vitamin A and C.
Star Fruit - Also known as carambola, star fruits are known for their unique star shape, sweet and sour flavor, and numerous health benefits. They are typically yellow or green and have a distinct star shape when sliced. They usually measure about 3 to 5 inches long and have 5 to 6 ridges running down their sides. Star fruits have a flavor blend of sweet and sour, often described as a mix of papaya, orange, and grapefruit. Smaller varieties tend to be more tart, while larger ones are sweeter. They are rich in Vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.
Coconut - Coconuts are nutrient-dense drupe fruits that originate from Southeast Asia. They have a hard, woody shell with white flesh and coconut water. Coconuts are rich in healthy fats, manganese, and iron.
Red Guava - Red Guavas have a sweet and tangy/acidic taste and are full of nutrients. They are often compared to a blend of strawberries and pears. They are full of Vitamin C, fiber, and potassium.
Golden Dragon Fruit - Golden dragon fruits are slightly sweeter than regular dragon fruits, offering a delicious sweet and light taste. They have a good source of potassium and magnesium. They are from tropical regions in Northern South America.
